Dyeing

We assosiate with fabric dyeing facilities have HTHP machines from Brazzoli-Italy capable of dyeing both cotton and cotton blends. We have batch facilities ranging from 400 kg to 1500 kg with a total capacity of 4,000 kg. Apart from this we have sample dyeing vessels from 25 kg to 50 kg. Our hi-tech lab facilities help us in precise color matching.

We associate with two table printing and machine printing facilities that cater to our printing need.
Stenering

Stenering

In latest addtion to our associated production facilities, we have Heat setting, stentering machines from T.T.M-Turkey. Our open width compacting machines from lafer can handle up to 8 tonnes of fabric everyday.
Lab

Quality Control Lab

We manufacture samples in quantities as required by the buyer. All our end products comply international standards and can be subject to any kind of lab testing.
Cutting

Cutting

Accuracy and consistency of cut fabric are achieved using on array of equipped Automatic lay machines, Band knife cutting machines.
Production

Production

The sewing line comprises the largest range of machines and can cater to a daily production. A team of trained personnel oversees this stage of the processing.
Checking

Checking

Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. All garments are 100% checked before packing. In the checking section the pieces are properly checked by efficient people.
